windows: enable ping

by default windows disables ping. for easier user support sometimes it's easier if this utility is enabled. this can be turned on via windows firewall.
winXP
- control panel > windows firewall
- click advanced tab
- in ICMP box, click settings...
- check Allow incoming echo request
